POETRY - LOVE

Fleeting Look:

That fleeting look, that has cost so dear down the years.
To pay such a haunting price, for only a momentary glimpse,
That would repeat itself in the mind, countless times each day.
A searching feline in need, intimating in soft yin visual intimations,
Whose vibrational inundation, is often unnoticed in the yang forward motion.
But just as I resolve to let this fish go, from my mind net and expectations,
She unexpectedly pauses, to throw this brief hook back into my psyche,
Rekindling the seesaw speculation; another test of concentric emotional balance.
Only time will tell what is the lesson, for what is the price of this experience, to be denied or fulfilled.
