POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Great Rethinking:

Is what we need at some time or other, individually and collectively.
But this second weekend, of the autumnal ninth of 2004,
At the historically great debating chamber, for budding and aspiring sons,
Of the great and not so great, masters of these islands and beyond,
The Oxford Union in classical setting, again adorns history where much was conceived and made,
Perhaps the ideal environment, to inaugurate the necessary change, for the New Millennium.
The proof is in the eating of course, for only time will tell, in his own inimical style,
What we already know, but yet perhaps do not fully realize.
So now a gathering of spirits has been orchestrated, souls young and old,
Under the banner of, prophets initiating and precipitating, a ‘Great Rethinking.’
A wonderfully auspicious and opportune experience, for my prodigal UK rediscovery,
In the mystical light of my esoteric studies and teaching, on foreign fields in distant lands.
This vibration is good for me I feel, possibly a nutritious soil for germination.
POETRY - PHILOSOPHY

Druid Green:

With such eager glee, I fled the UK grey, for the Cyprus blue,
Never again returning to dwell, beneath the North Atlantic drift cocoon.
But to nightly watch the celestial bodies, in their twinkling dance,
A cyclic procession of the moon, following the glorious sunsets over Aphrodite’s Bay.
The royal mediterranean blue of the sky and sea, with helios himself,
Overseeing the stage from east to west, crimson to crimson.
The seas velvety thalassic touch at sunset, as the rocks release their minerals in homage,
To the perfectly synchronized, monthly changing of the celestial guard,
With the full moon rising to the setting sun, reappearing as the silver orb sets.
Or the gleaming cloud nebula, straddling the sky so clearly, during the absent new moon.
Proceeded by the perennial evening star, overseeing the baby crescent moon,
Arcing above the vacating sun, a glorious tri vertical pageant in fire,
Glowing over the hill peaked Akamas peninsula, inflaming the rolling sea.
First golden yellow, then crimson red, post impressionism in action.
But upon my prodigal return, to the land of my birth and education,
The deep dark green of even midsummer, mesmerized me as I journeyed home by train.
The following spring, as I watched the bursting green tree buds,
With their blossom, attracting me quicker than the bees,
I realized the power of this land, the worshipped trees of druidic antiquity.
Their oak flesh shaped, to conquer the world on the seas.
The key I perceived, was to focus on the green and not the grey,
A majestic glory and power given by the grey, the life blood from the ocean,
That sprinkles and engenders, our magnificent companions in their glory.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Dartan:

The grandfather that I never knew, in person the early influence I craved,
No serene overview perspective, balancing youthful paternal authoritarian stricture.
Should it arise, which for me was the totality of my paternal guidance,
With a modicum of intimidation and violence most days, to top up my vacuous dessert,
From bestial overseer stepfather, the dark cloud that haunted my youth.
Shutting out the cockney sparrow guardian, loving light of my adolescence,
To herald the dark ages of my youth, without love, guidance or light,
Until my boating days, when I met that crazy old man and his dog afloat.
An open fireplace on a wooden boat, a contradiction in terms, that veiled genius behind apparent nonsense.
My teacher on the way of the system, my place on the path and the roots
And causes of the troubles, that hindered and plagued me throughout.
Where his understanding and experience, were to benefit me before he left,
Preparing me by clearing the way, of deep rooted obstacles, that might hinder my way.
There, but not deeply embedded, for me to experience and learn,
But not fail and fall, against impenetrable walls of karmic retribution.
Only to struggle and learn, to blossom forth in light and understanding,
For the benefit of all, on our journey from light again to light.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Mother Mary, Mother Gaia:

The duality of nature, the Gemini twins manifesting, big time in this game,
On what levels, interdimensional interaction, bewildering to contemplate.
A divisive, sometimes schismatic, behavioural conflict of perspective and destiny.
Contradictory behaviour, indicative of what, is the question once asked,
Lights the torch, of speculative contemplation and progressive understanding,
In a half full glass life, of golden ripe opportunities, in sunshine and joy,
Lighting the illusionary shadows, of a half empty ego shell of an existence,
Achieved by philosophy in action, sociological Tai chi in situ, yin yang equi balancing.
Slight adjustments effecting profound change, individually and then collectively,
Not abrupt forced intrusiveness, instigating reaction and possible violence,
But interactive positive imput, evolving collective fulfillment.
POETRY – SPIRITUAL

Skewered:

The spear through my heart, that lay there for so long,
Was not only a symbol of injustice, initiating pain and grief experience,
But a tool of repression, stunting emotional growth and reciprocation.
Blocking energy life force flow and emotional expression,
Feelings of love, not appreciated, felt or even contemplated.
Inevitably loves antithesis, expands inexorably in the shadow, from love.
But from whence does the spark, originate to break the cycle,
To bring forth the light, to illuminate matters and highlight solutions.
So as to alleviate dis ease, first individually, then later for collective benefit,
A lesson learnt, a new skill mastered, in the Hall of Experience.
POETRY - POLITICS

Brit Aggro:

Institutionalised aggression, is something that is encountered even before school,
In this green and pleasant land, where genteel classicism,
Is the roots and essence, of aristocratic governance and philosophy,
Engendering effete snobbishness and distaste for the militaristic pawns,
That effect their whims and wills, upon the unsuspecting world.
A shop floor alpha male arena, of aggression and assertiveness,
A military system of officer class decision control and dual master sergeant location liaison.
Between top and bottom, from decision to action, in theory to practice,
The pivotal power and experience, the flexible lynch pin in conflict.
Rugby Union, a game for hooligans, played by gentlemen,
Association football, a game for gentlemen, played by hooligans.
Perhaps reflects this Teutonic, Latin mix and split, that is reflected
As the duality, in every aspect of English life, with the Celts immersed but distinct,
On the fringes but everywhere, nevertheless a key in colonial expansion.
Cricket, a game for gentlemen and players, a game of the empire,
The Roman lesson tool, of effective and integrated control and education.
Football, the game of the people, for the people, now commandeered by corporate business,
To sell us what we do not want or need, to swallow the poison without murmur.
The playground bully, with protective elder brother security syndrome,
Awaiting my timidly fresh but solitary stranger, to harass and ridicule.
The first fence, barrier and lesson for all boys, in this sophisticated and civilized country,
A culture of violence, authority by intimidation and fear, a depersonalizing regime,
Where individualism is ostracized and sensitivity attacked physically and psychologically.
While any threat to the status quo is awaited and sought, not genius encouraged and nurtured,
For new inventions and ideas are perceived, without notice or encouragement.
Because here, selfish motives are promulgated, as national needs and desires,
To the detriment of the majority, a divisive fragmentation that engenders not respect,
But an aggressive dishonesty, in necessity for fair recompense,
For disproportionate opportunity and livelihood, in a duplicitous system,
Where honesty is manipulated, to self detriment and unequal benefits.
Encouraging a cunning flyness, to be a successful survivor and not a loser,
In this consumer orientated, capitalistic society, where even the attributes
Of competitive, overproductive low prices, are denied in cartel protectionism.
Illegally, immorally and in contravention of European law and International trade agreements.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Private Dream:

A private dream indeed, unfortunately, as I so much would have liked to have shared,
This quest for sporting and public success, alas only in my head.
So many times I have lived the glory of heroic endeavour, only to awake in grey reality,
To mourn the loss and broken heart, of destiny denied.
Standing on the chasm’s edge of oblivion, confused and battered,
In youthful innocence, unable to comprehend this dark and retrograde scenario.
Watching the striker vacuum, denied a decade of national success,
My position deprived, to the detriment of all, for what in the name of who.
Necessity instigating my inventive search, for reason and understanding,
Educating me in the university, of life’s perspective and multi dimensional reality.
To empower my future progress, without karmic limitations or restrictions,
To an arena of light ascended, aloft from the coliseum of competitive aggression.
POETRY – SPIRITUAL

From Cloud Nine To The Gutter:

Is a journey to behold, a helter skelter spiral to oblivion,
And back again, of course is the whole story, back again,
One moment a star heralded as a saviour, the next wandering the dark dingy streets alone.
A wake up call to reality that’s for sure, but so young and tender, the necessary price
For rapid accelerated advancement, to lofty climbs in double quick time.
Where problems will obviously arrange themselves, to pose the most searching questions,
In preparation for enlightenment and empowered service, to humanity and the plan.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

The Shadow To Be Discovered:

Lies not where the sun shines, but hidden from immediate view.
Always there, unseen, imperceptibly present, behind the veil
Of the mind, always driving forward, creating, searching for and satisfying desires
Of every sort, a blind spot where for some, the sun never shines.
A moving, walking, talking eclipse, whose ramifications only others see.
Of us oblivious, even arrogant in blissful ignorance, until the time
Is ripe, the light shines forth, in whatever manifestation appropriate,
To dispel our blocks and emotional traumas, mental disillusions and selfish motives.
POETRY – SPIRITUAL

Harmonising Duality:

As we bounce from one wall to another, in this helter skelter ride,
The prophetic middle path, must surely be to harmonise the opposites,
In this third dimensional, material duality, school playground.
Which when we eventually but surely realise, with ever greater ease,
We will effortlessly glide, on vibrational ripples, into ever increasing light.
POETRY - PHILOSOPHY

The Illusion of Superiority:

It is strange isn’t it, how cocksure is the ignoramus,
In his ridicule and damnation, of all aspects of culture.
Especially the colourfully vibrant and rich living tapestry of life,
Expressed in differing ethnic traditions, that are now traversing the globe.
Nationalism, the whip of avaricious exploiters, throughout history,
A propaganda tool in the state armoury, an organization evolved or manufactured,
The last refuge of a scoundrel or soapbox for a fiend.
Racism, the false illusion of superiority, that history and genetics categorically refute,
Another dark tool in the hands, of misguided children and politicians.
All revealed to have no basis in reality, with no true sociological or political gain.
The great social experiment was achieved, in Rome’s extended franchise for foreigners,
Extending it’s influence, into another dimension of government.
While classical Athens refused, to it’s inevitable demise.
Today science shows, that inter-breeding weakens the stock,
Generating weak genes that can be viewed, in some claustrophobic village communities.
So why is this aggressive stance, generated by fear and ignorance,
So strong and virulent, as constantly viewed throughout history and the globe.
POETRY - POLITICS

Socio Economic Slave:

Freedom to buy, able to consume, a surf to economics,
The total slave of yesteryear, had no incentive to work and meandered along.
The economic slave of today, has every incentive in the world,
To struggle to maintain, the standard of living that he has.
Toiling in three jobs for twenty hours a day, in frenetic competitive industriousness.
The lord of the manor in feudal England, owned all within his lands and vision,
The surf was obligated to work, an allotted time each week,
For the lord and then the church, before he could work to feed his family.
The neo economic surf has no land, only his labour as a commodity,
To acquire money, to be able to procure goods, necessary for survival.
But today the individual has the vote, as a check and balance on our peers,The option to choose, between strangers from other places,
Representing themselves and their parties, in a career orientated ‘Gentleman’s Club’.
Where despite the international dissolution, of anachronistic monarchies,
By people inspired revolutionaries, precipitating democratic constitutional documents,
Indelibly enshrining, by imprinting individual rights and freedoms,
On legally binding, nationally and internationally recognized agreements.
Thereby civilising the attitudes and behaviour, of our aspiring brothers and sisters.
A system where an honest perspective, puts one at the back of the queue.
To get ahead, is to advance at the expense of whoever,
In a moral vacuum of greed and individualism, at the expense of all.
Where individual will, can only be expressed in group action,
By the withdrawal of labour and collective consumer selectivity,
Affecting the God and shrine, of corporate economic performance.
Profit, the shareholders dividend, where if they can clearly ascertain the economic reality,
Through the veil of creative accounting, to exercise their democratic boardroom influence and control.
Perhaps the only real individual influence, able to check systematic corruption and abuse.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Stones & Drones:

A meandering moving circle, of bowed headed zombie devotees,
All tuned into the tourist audio guide, their badge of the path.
How curious to notice, the lack of visual connection to be observed,
By the snake’s individual focus, on the audio and the path ahead.
So sad and frustrating for myself, consumerism’s tentacles ensnaring our heritage.
The liberties they are taking, this frankenstein ghoul that voraciously
Consumes and ensnares, an ever demanding black hole, cosy alien monster.
I was there and we saw the best of it, this freedom now gone forever more,
A veritable goldmine, for the roof restoration fund I suspect.
The pressure is one pressing ever downward, on us all.
But those with the knowledge and techniques to compensate, progress and evolve,
As of old, so the new, ever onward in freshly labeled bottles.
The vintage will prevail, endure the test of time and tribulation,
Ever glowing, heralding the light of universal love.
POETRY - POLITICAL

Instant Karma:

In a pill the size of a pin dot, that will explode your mind,
Where the vibration of your environment, will determine your trip.
To peak in the wrong place, is to activate the need to strap in,
Hold on and do not believe what you see or think, just observe
At a distance and enjoy, lucy in the sky with diamonds.
To be true and free, travelling light with good humour, in amicable conviviality,
Is the mark of a seasoned tripper, whose very non descript clothes,
Come alive in rhythmic, kaleidoscopic sensuality and warmth.
Whose knowing eyes reveal fraternal kinship, that inculcated an amazing culture,
An intelligence conspiratorial experiment, that grew and blossomed out of control,
Into a sub culture, that totally reacted against materialism, greed and war.
That obscene imperial disgrace, exploitation and spurious enterprise,
South East Asia & Vietnam, the destruction of a culture, country and generation,
In the name of democracy & freedom; to exploit, maim, sodomise & make money.
Was broken by the turned on, tuned in & dropped out long haired hippies,
In free unbounded musical expression, donning multi coloured bohemian rainbow robes.
They broke the grey conditioning barriers, imposed from birth,
In a system of exploitative greed & profit, for the benefit of the few, at the expense of the many.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Choices:

To be a light on the path, or the grim reaper of duality.
The joy of an opening rose, obliging the early morning rising sun,
Amidst the dawn chorus; or the sardonic bearer of third dimensional reality,
With it’s dog eat dog materialistic, egocentrically arrogant philosophy.
The accountant who closes hospitals and schools, for the benefit of the country.
Or the black clad priest, whose dark divisive innuendos,
Spread fear and superstition, in the name of love, Christ & God,
For the exclusive benefit of the church, it’s politicians and henchmen.
Take the pedantic sophist philosopher, whose rhetoric bends like a tree, to his swirling will,
But whose actions below the neck, give no cause for snobbish superiority.
Or our Christian fundamentalist, democratic shareholders in corporations of death,
Who moralise to set the standards, from their ivory towers for us all.
Whose society breeds hippocratic sworn doctors, who refuse medicare without cover.
While politicians who straight faced, encourage the proliferation of guns,
Poisoned unsafe food and practices, individualistic self determined behaviour and motivations.
Despite, or in spite of, any other concern other than personal freedom,
Which in the American dream factory, means of course money.
So be the heart and soul of the party, or the kill joy whose dark sparkle, shrivels any flower.
The choice, as always, is yours.

POETRY - LOVE

Joy to Pain:

What a look from a pretty little face can do,
Bringing joyful sunshine, enlivening every moment, into a vibrant chorus.
Expectations, those concealed snares, that exert demands,
Creating spells of beguiling false dawns, an illusionary promise.
Whose disappointment colours joy, into a dark agony of self-centred, emotive displays,
That turn selfless sweet love, into assertive individualism and combative defensive posturing.
POETRY – LOVE

Is This Maybe:

Through the window, many times each day, I see you,
Busy, energetic, bubbling in active daily motherhood.
To and froing, smiling, teasing playfully in kindergarten afternoons,
When after one year, while in macho duet banter chorus, a jerking greeting from above,
And an early chilly morning delightful chat, that would sprout forth thoughts,
Of maybes, should I , would she; could I, I don’t know, well maybe.
Surreal this window shopping peephole, so familiar but so far,
This petit pretty princess, through the window I am forever looking,
But can not touch, only view the silent mime across the chasm.
Is this the fading buck’s winter isolation, that I am glimpsing,
Or my fears surfacing to be revealed, an obstacle to be removed,
For true and lasting happiness, to be finally achieved.
Youth’s vigour and arrogance eases, as winter alp like, early autumnal peak grey,
Indicates an imminent dampening, of the inner furnace of life.
But my fitness and health, is as vigorously fresh as ever, and more.
Very strange to have to learn the correct courtship ritual, that before I never saw.
Relativity dictates that, to be partnered with the most beautiful,
Is to put all other flowers in the shade, whose beauty is only recently,
Beginning to be appreciated, when now possibly out of reach.
And so the riddle is, whether tis fear or common sense to be aware,
Of the possibility to be the old fool, chasing the unattainable.
Or is this a manifestation, of my fear of rejection, to be removed.
POETRY – LOVE

When Again:

That day in everyone’s life, when an enticing image,
A fragrant smell and soft touch, steals your heart,
To fill every moment, with the ring of joy and anticipation.
The spring of love, fresh and positive, merry in happiness,
Passionate embrace and succulent exchange, a union of release
That changes everything; cynicism dissipates unveiling timeless myths,
Revealing perennial love, perceived sequential harmonies in cameo.
The heartfelt expressed moments, of selfless joy in symbiotic embrace.
Microcosmic love in Macrocosmic Love, a circle within a circle,
A union of opposites in third dimensional reality, orgasm in love.
A vessica pisces possibility, a gift from God, pleasure in creation,
Of the highest energies with the purest of motives, selfless in ecstacy.
POETRY - LOVE

Mime Love:

A relationship without touch, or beyond formal greetings,
But continually connected, in visual parlance from opposing kitchens,
Across the vista through an evening view, of opposing stages
Of our individual lives, for the other to observe, wonder and learn.
Synchronistic meetings on our journey, or conscious intervention.
Without words a bond is formed, despite anomalies and diverging ways,
Young Eliza Doolittle, Jenny Wren and the greying warrior teacher,
Passing ships pausing briefly to observe, before the onward passage into the night.
Another virtual reality lesson, a distance learning exercise in emotional response,
To what might, could or will be, evoking discordant energies of what was,
To be now cleansed, for balanced reflection and progressive utilization.
POETRY - LOVE

Venus Flytrap:

Venus flytrap, a pretty face without a heart, a femme fatale in the making.
Phew, that was close, another relationship based on sex alone,
That would later reveal, a conflict between love and lust
Of self centred behavioural demands, initiated by animal magnetism,
Individualistic sexual desires, in contradistinction to mutual loving symbiosis.
So this was my release and escape, or lost opportunity, to inculcate true love
As a new experience, opening the budding Mother Goddess heart,
By precipitating respect and adoration, for true and nobly chivalrous behaviour.
Thereby taking the reins, in subtle control and loving appreciation,
Without authoritarian stricture, but all with mutual respect, understanding and love.
Of course the choice is mine, but what choices when and then, I turn the corner,
So beautiful in full splendour, waiting for me with such eager glee, is she.
POETRY - LOVE

Fleeting Look:

That fleeting look, that has cost so dear down the years.
To pay such a haunting price, for only a momentary glimpse,
That would repeat itself in the mind, countless times each day.
A searching feline in need, intimating in soft yin visual intimations,
Whose vibrational inundation, is often unnoticed in the yang forward motion.
But just as I resolve to let this fish go, from my mind net and expectations,
She unexpectedly pauses, to throw this brief hook back into my psyche,
Rekindling the seesaw speculation; another test of concentric emotional balance.
Only time will tell what is the lesson, for what is the price of this experience, to be denied or fulfilled.
POETRY - LOVE

Sirens;

All around me, enticing and then slipping away, feeding off and building my desires.
Wow, a man could go crazy to play this game, dangling on a string
Of their desire, to and fro, at the whims of the passing, beckoning forth.
What a lesson, that gives this perspective and understanding, but still
I can not have what I would like, or can I and this is but hesitation
Upon the twin horns of my desire and fear, am I but paralysed
As a mouse, before the gaping jaws of it’s nemesis, or is it discerning wisdom
That checks the flight forward, until balance and perspective is attained.
POETRY - LOVE

So Sweet:

My mystery goddess neighbour, with the ineffable name,
Or will I eventually discover her note, to compose a duet in harmony.
Your mere presence charms me, like a bird singing in the trees,
I beg you, whatever transpires, please remain ever so sweet,
For it is this essence of you, that enlivens and enriches me so.
Whatever else has little significance, intelligence, knowledge or experience,
These we can learn, so do not even pause to consider these other attributes,
But always remember what is important, what I treasure and love so much.

POETRY – RHYME

Fire in the Blood:

Fire in the blood, petrol in the tank,
Pathos in action, sunshine in the bank.
Verbal verbosity, lightning locution,
Heart felt expression, in song and execution.

Loving tenderness, instinctual care of the young,
Paternal respect and love of mum.
Defense of the hearth, labour till dark,
Live life fully, making your mark.

A passion for culture, a lover of art,
Exponent of style, fashion apart.
Skilful in sport, the historical home,
Of Gods, giants and heroes, the mythological dome.

POETRY – RHYME

Jetsex Daddy:

Jetsex daddy, on the beach,
Bloodcot rhythm, easy to teach.
Sexual healing, movement and dance,
Sunshine music, techno and trance.

Big bass booming, young mobiles moving,
Sweet pears rolling, dainty feet roving.
Pearl eyes sparkling, juicy melons jumping,
Rhythm deeper burning, red blood pumping.

Red lips smiling, wet tongue licking,
Full hips heaving, time bomb ticking.
Firm palms pressing, finger tips selecting,
Feet slip sliding, knees interjecting.

Rolling and sighing, bodies gripping,
Deep lung breathing, limbs unzipping.
Moaning and groaning, twitching in fission,
Dripping and sliding, in total emission.
POETRY – RHYME

Wesak in Vendee:

A la gare, la Roche sur Yon,
Writing in the shade, sitting at the bar.
Glorious sunshine, life springs on,
Spirit forever made, waiting for the car.

End of the road, of karmic liabilities,
Lessons in England, painfully learnt.
Indelibly printed, life’s viabilities,
In the fire of experience, irrevocably burnt.

Now it is service, to my fellow man,
The blood of Aphrodite, beckons my gaze.
Of the role I’ve moulded, nobody else can,
Darken the light, Lazarus not raise.

Au revoir mes amis, final chain link,
Of dark lower energy, now I release.
It’s fettered embrace, a stone to sink,
In the ocean of consciousness, tranquil peace.
POETRY – RHYME

Warrior to Light:

Born of conflict in duality, in the eye of the storm,
Path continual in stages, surrealism the norm.
Teacherless school genesis, hard lessons to be learnt,
Ego smelting furnace, earth experience to be burnt.
POETRY – RHYME

Boomerang:

In the lull, post the storm,
Well before I’m, back to the norm.
In our Elphin’s, garden of sun,
Behold techniques there, to be one.

In the ocean, roar of the leaves,
With the whistling, tone of thieves.
Midst the buzzing, drone of bees,
Bring incessant, life to my knees.

To hospitality, a la France’
All Europa, we must advance.
To open house, a la Roi,
Glad recipient, of his joy.

One more backward, step to ensue,
Before the onward, journey true.
To paternal, call I must heed,
Brothers our family, friends indeed.
POETRY – RHYME

Bilderberg Skyrocket:

Conspiracy theories, committees and power,
Disinformation club, hidden in tower.
Oil and commodities, arms and money,
Corporations’ profit, prime grade honey.

World Bank grants, I.M.F. loans,
Cash crop markets, farmers without homes.
United Nations role, peace in our time,
Subterranean politics, theatre and mime.

Military network, weapons and security,
International grip, control by perversity.
Rabid anti-socialism, window of the beast,
Hater of democracy, giver of the feast.

Circles of deceit, rings of iniquity
Degrees of hypocrisy, secret society.
Club royal garter, inner sanctum core,
Blood not ability, give access to the door.
POETRY – RHYME

Vulcan’s Forge:

On the full, in Wesak time,
La Zenudiere, mill under storm.
Skyballs of light, roarless no chime,
Cloud hidden sparks, Gods without form.

Convector heat air, no wind nor rain,
Full trees singing, in symphony of light.
Bright stars sparkling, clear without strain,
Red moon glowing, a surrealistic night.

Vibrant fish jumping, lake water chorus,
Flash ducks charging, gossip tall throng.
A midsummer’s night, in the eye of Taurus,
Picture God’s will, in life’s incessant song.
POETRY - MISCELLANEOUS

Seven May Day:

Was it heard to be laid, by the priest of the Queen,
To suggest to elect, a king to the throne.
In pastoral concern, for the princes in his flock,
To end the lottery of, incestuous family kingship.
POETRY – RHYME

Anguish & Pain:

To be unhappy, invoking desire to seek,
Seems the inevitable, path of the oblique.
From pain to discontent, then introspection,
To searching frustrations, by circumspection.

A contented happy life, with no direction,
Is pointless meandering, in cosmic insurrection.
For conscious wisdom, to be acquired,
Necessitates experience, hard earnt and clay fired.

For to know more is, to have suffered the most,
As only perfected, Masters can boast.
Total consciousness, the goal for us all,
Evolves latent from, atom to man tall.
POETRY – RHYME

Pendulum Swing:

Hawks and doves, war and peace,
Wheels of fortunes, focus and release.
Bull and bear, buy and sell,
Profit in heaven, panic in hell.

Where was conflict, evokes now harmony,
In cycles of change, the mechanics of God,
Are privy to those, with hearts in matrimony,
Open ears in tune, their eyes to the nod.
POETRY – RHYME

Equality or Balance:

Multi orgasmic price, maternal pride,
Child responsibility, hormonal tide.
No fop to violence, mental intimidation,
Equal opportunities, or tax assimilation.

Motives selfish, teenage pregnancy,
Adult independence, by council tenancy.
Multi contraception, gives sexual freedom,
From unwanted child, to manic Be-dom.

Freedom to express, is not freedom to impose,
One’s will and desire, on others to expose,
The anger of pain, in ignorance of cause.
So reflect upon the lesson, understand then pause.
POETRY – RHYME

Aeneas Odyssey:

A sailor’s life, for me,
Was a dream that, used to be.
Rolling the ocean, sea,
Forever the wind, blown free.

The cycle of Jove, is complete,
Withdrawal afloat, to entreat,
Monastic study, a new feat,
Martial art training, can not cheat.

Millennium peace, is at hand,
The ships of peace, fully manned.
World fraternity, brotherhood band,
United together, making a stand.
POETRY – RHYME

Autumn Leaf:

Fresh flower of youth, slowly fading away,
Receding hairline, blue varicose vein.
A shortening of breath, rigidity each day,
Grey hair one morning, the vanguard train.

Slight loosening of teeth, auricular hair,
Some shrinking of bones, shortening of spine.
A bowing of legs, for a life without care,
The swelling of joints, an unmistakable sign.

Short-term memory, patchy and vague,
Faces without names, places of old.
Girls stop smiling, no desire a gauge,
Bones start aching, in reaction to cold.

Feel father time, the inevitable grind,
Of licentious living, taking it’s toll.
Skin starts wrinkling, remorseless not kind,
Is reaction to neglect, call of the soul.

A shortening of sight, refocusing the eyes,
The listening to voices, remembering their names.
Deep aching hips, echoing lies,
Brash macho prowess, conqueror of dames.

Watching the youth, envious of days
Gone by, with regret, wasted precious time.
Vibrant sensual zeal, desire in a haze
Of lust to perpetuate, life force in prime.

I feel winter coming, vestiges of frost,
Heat slowly fading, aching sore and much
Time for reflection, of things forever lost,
The warm glow of friendship, love’s soothing touch.
POETRY – RHYME

Archetypal Sculpture, Crewcuts & Busts:

In the museum of art, our embassy of life,
What is this pattern, that I feel.
Familiar but yet strange, totally void of life,
A blank roundness, with nothing to reveal.

Archetypes in history, a series of events,
Form behavioural moulds, that we fill
With energy and desire, destiny presents,
Karmic opportunities, in life’s lessons to fulfill.

Romanism of antiquity, the American dream,
Institutionalise religion, Emperor to dollar.
Old Pax Romanica, back the A team,
Extension of franchise, multi racial collar.

The rhetoric tradition, of Athens and Rome,
Of culture and religion, our foundation to teach.
The makers of empire, our governors at home,
Lifeless embodiments, that spirit can not reach.

Periclean Athens, golden age of culture,
Twentieth century history, old lady Britannica.
Yardsticks for reference, vintage in their lustre,
Duty and truth, perennial pillars of arcadia.
POETRY – RHYME

Escape:

Let go, to mind and protect,
To nurture, grow and collect.
Not to possess, control and direct,
But love, guide and deflect.

Antipathies and dangers near,
To loved ones, close and dear.
POETRY – RHYME

Stand Up For Your Rights:

Sixties equality, female emancipation,
Intolerant domination, feline mastication.
Expressive freedom, hedonistic individualism,Selfish greed, independent socialism.

Headless chicken, frenzied self-destruct,
Manic lunar victim, hormonal drive duct.
Individual civil rights, pre-menstrual imposition,
On lover and children, no forethought or restriction.

POETRY – RHYME

Pathos:

A bubbling volcano, is an emotional raft,
Afloat on the rapids, of mountainous graft.
Without understanding, there is only reaction,
To our lower impulses, with no ideation.

In the folly of youth, our vices in life,
Are full to overflowing, in trouble and strife.
Our pleasure and pain, are cause and effect,
In the mirror of life, our actions to reflect.

Twin maidens of passion, are never far apart,
But hand in hand dancing, whilst twirling the heart.
For to suffer and learn, are brothers on the path,
Of wisdom and enlightenment our baptism bath.
POETRY

Tai Chi Ch’uan Rhythm:

Post dusk violation, yang set routine,
Golden valley energy, cloud nebula sky,
Post impressionist sunset, lapping Neptune tone,
Raja yoga fix, varied mantra close,
Orphic whistle blow, incense homage flow.
POETRY – RHYME

Naked:

Naked and bare, open to view,
For all to see, nothing to hide.
Free from hate, love overdue,
Conquer the fear, of death’s dark side.

United to material, devotion to God,
No social trauma, oblivious of the nod.
Open to suggestion, no fear of the rod,
A conscious sense of history, of where we once trod.
POETRY – RHYME

Proto Step:

A venture in paradise, ready to go,
Nine months training, pure energy flow.
Daily reflection planning, all loose ends tied,
Wisdom cycle ended, afloat by my guide.

So much to resolve, life’s daily pile,
Day of departure, delayed for a while.
But finally I leave, on the second of July
Sealed and complete, but things go awry.

Over long journey, early morning start,
Late evening arrival, dawn to dusk dart.
Taxi bandido ritual, no reception there,
Tired and dejected, life without care.

Cash missing episode, unprecedented surprise,
Bank transfer anomaly, mistaken bad surmise.
Destitute in paradise, casual indifference,
Hospitality reliance, no independence.

No planning or training, for centre inception,
Days slide by, without correction,
My dream is fading, with much frustration,
To utilize my experience, for the coming generation.
POETRY – RHYME

Eastern Fault Line:

Wesak ninety eight, India big bang,
New Age Hindu, in black shirt.
Populist politics, Asian thread hang,
The Light of Asia, soiled in dirt.

Indus valley schism, Islam reacts,
In Imperial division, classical lesson line.
Fundamental religion, paradox to relax,
To profane the sacred, will incur a fine.

Indus source vibrates, response of Mother Earth,
Afghan earthquake, three thousand gone.
Seven days, ten bangs, dark and dearth,
Man’s abuse of power, dark, dangerous and wrong.
POETRY – RHYME

Car Park Spring:

Seagull gooseberry, watching the show,
Springtime two-step, joy to behold.
Master & mistress, synchronize and flow,
Vocal upstart voyeur, frantic to be bold.
POETRY – RHYME

Golden Land in Darkness:

Come to paradise, said the spider to the fly,
Purveyor of knowledge, teach here in my garden.
Brothers of Light, but something is wrong,
Aphrodite’s deep well, has completely gone dry.
New centre of light, created by the warden,
Of generative energy and melodic dark song.

Light of Golden Valley Shine Once More.

Wolf in sheep’s clothing, dark brother in light,
Magnetism through expression, art venus fly trap.
An energy vampire, subtle thuggi in drag,
Museum of light, dark temple of night.
Enticer of maidens, their bodies to flap,
Men to control, under banner red flag.

Light of Golden Valley Shine Once More.
POETRY – RHYME

War:

The perennial sacrifice, of materials and men,
The blood letter of oaths, the rights of religion.
The claims of kinship, laird of the glen,
Engine of economics, trade carrier pigeon.

Settler of disputes, harbinger of hate,
Access to democracy, a terrorists dream.
Food for the poppies, appeasement our fate,
Easy road to power, a fascists prey scene.
POETRY – RHYME

Shrouded Truth:

Religions and schisms, past and present,
Lessons in dogma, power and greed.
Expressions of personality, soul in descent,
From perfection to experience, wisdom in seed.

To reap our fruits, in our future not yet laid,
To evoke Divine Karma, by our inner light.
Pure motive in action, is eternal made,
Benevolence and peace, fraternity not might.

Fundamentalists, fascists or New Age,
In every group politics, ego plays.
Schisms in the structure, a mere stage,
For negative energy, in various ways.

Religion again politics, consuls in drag,
Division not harmony, the main goal.
With money the tool, insidious New Age bag,
Of priestly power, subtle mind control.
POETRY – RHYME

Anchor & Hope:

Whimbrel my anchor, Kypros my hope,
In the eye of the storm, I wait to elope.
Whilst I study and train, for my self-service,
To conquer my passions, not to be nervous.

Of feelings unbridled, vivid memories,
Hedonistic living, torridly uncouth.
Faith in my guide, middle road balance,
Demise of duality, bodies in alliance.
POETRY – RHYME

Unity in Division or Division in Unity:

Inner core sanctum, esoteric sacred group,
Secret Doctrine study, elitist dogma camp.
Cosy and remote, song for aged troupe,
Air of self-importance, oblivious of rising damp.

Passive meditation, usual daily start,
Contrary to Doctrine teaching, of Madame’s sure advice.
Dogma in germination, resident disciples apart,
From people and society, skating on thin ice.

Is the Master’s wish, adhered to in this way,
By self-appointed council, in dogma economics.
See the pattern emerge, of historical delay,
Apparent usual error, of power game histrionics.

Dark Labyrinth:

Building, watching, waiting for a call,
Constructing the Ark, Odyssey bound.
Learning and training, playing without ball,
Alone and confused, until the Truth found.

Lost off the Path, unaware of my role,
Journey through Hades, life on the street.
Education or punishment, life on the dole,
Hard uphill task, our karma we meet.

Hail the Light, of wisdom and understanding,
View of the past, intuition of the future.
Knowledge of now, a path without meandering,
To the goal of enlightenment, evolution mature.
POETRY – RHYME

Samskara:

Born in exile, to gather fruits for the hearth,
To journey alone, is to travel light.
Young and unguided, is to suffer on Earth,
To maturity and knowledge, to continue the fight.
POETRY – RHYME

Rule Britannia:

Bullies and snobs, plebs and knobs.
Home of democracy, a royal theocracy.
A colonial power, in a continual shower.
Master of the seas, the world at it’s knees.
Football’s home heart, it’s origin and start.
The land of queues and empty church pews.
Industrial pioneer, crisps and warm beer.
Stayer of revolution, with classical solution.
No first night sex, trap without vex.
No marriage dowry, art deco Lowry.
Mortgage for life, price for a wife.
No paternal say, children drift away.
Inventor of games, always losing it pains.
Winner of the War, bankrupt out the door.
Weak middle class, cemented opaque glass.
Aristocratic ruler Lord, clever, effete and very bored.
Working class rebel, his slingshot pebble.
A classical tradition, in Oxbridge rendition.
Old poets corner and blue Jack Warner.
Freemason’s Hall, tradition royal tall.
Myriad inventors, for other’s indentures.
Hands across the ocean, millennium price potion.
POETRY – RHYME

Isolation in Exile:

Born in exile, stranger in a strange land,
Far from home, isolated in anti flow.
To grow in antipathy, violence on hand,
Ebb flow movement and the curiosity to know.

Why against the tide, always must I swim,
Uphill against the wind, the tedious way.
No friends upon the road, isolated and grim,
No guiding hand of friendship, no guru to say.

Warm words of encouragement and occasional rebuke,
Simplistic colonels of wisdom, essay lessons in life.
But mask harsh reality, the beggars and the duke,
Teach wisdom from anguish and experience through strife.

Training for my service, gradually things clear,
From personality vision, of the path that lies ahead.
A cognition of why therefore, in the dream things appear,
Contrary to reality, a picture show instead.

The feeling of isolation, another veil of Maya,
Lifted when appropriate, slowly to unfold.
Reality in actu, life of Mother Gaia,
Blindfolded delusion, life in the cold.

To realize the help, at past darkest hour,
For omniscient Buddha, suffered most of all.
That anger comes from pain, fear pursues power,
While greed consumes all, but Love’s eternal call.
POETRY – RHYME

Marine Ostrich:

Roadside open boat, a ticket to pry,
Ostrich pose dance, motionless head buried.
Strategic location, stance of a spy,
Pattern of training, obvious and hurried.

My shadow to a visit, never a miss,
The manic marine monitor, always there.
Rain, shine or frost, the car-park hiss,
Of forked tongued acquaintance, ever in the air.

A friendly gesture, a smile, a nod and a wink,
A jovial greeting, an incisive retort.
A reticent manner, know not what to think,
A rogue player, in a non participant sport.
POETRY – RHYME

Hail Hermes:

Another year over, another day done,
Another page turned, another lesson learnt.
Another cycle turned, another victory won,
Another figure added, another blessing earnt.

A different feeling, upon reflection,
Cyclic ring, of deeper understanding.
Truer harmony, in motion and direction,
Contented joy, in life not withstanding.

Return step home, for my service
Now purveyor, of knowledge and light.
From student to teacher, not nervous,
Messenger home, prepared for the fight.

A closer harmony my master, now I guess
Is the purpose and feeling, I sense
Cosmic motion, in concordance no less
Evolved energy, ethereal, less dense.
POETRY – RHYME

Foxtrot Blues:

TGV, smooth rhythm sleep,
Tedious journey home, long reflection deep.
Time to leave ashram, friendly a la France,
Having to go backwards, before I can advance.

To home I return now, where there is no heart,
I feel tired and lonely, dejection surely smarts.
No family or loved ones, friends who really care,
Only Whimbrel to speak of, some might despair.

Father and mother gone, daughter in disgrace,
Sister jack-booted high, money without trace.
No caring wife or lover, admirers many look,
My oldest companions dead, home a closed book.

Packing for Paradise:

Packing for paradise, what a tedious chore,
Cutting umbilical, maternal cord and more.
Heightened experience coming to the fore,
Of lessons unlearnt, reinforced all for sure.

No help but hindrance, contrary to the end,
Tedious but solid, consistent no bend.
Itchen valley water, privatization trend,
Esso Fawley products, water table rend.

Goodbye Hampshire hog, my mosh buddy mate,
Thanks for nothin’, you shouldn’t have, don’t wait.
See you much later, I wish it our fate,
To part I hope forever, no return, no date.

Pollution or collective, sub-conscious grey,
Genetic John Brown, Anglo-Saxon way.
Sacred valley sunshine, in Southampton bay,
Overflowing benevolence, that’ll be the day.
POETRY – RHYME

Onside:

T o attain a platform, where the door’s ajar,
Unwittingly to arrive, whilst endeavouring to cognize.
The anomalies of life, contradictions afar,
The ritual paradox, of time to realize.

The rough troubled path, smoother now runs,
Foes no more come, conflict has passed.
Allies emerge, daughters and sons,
Of positive energy, Light comes at last.

POETRY – RHYME

Paphos:

Paphos and peace, a time for reflection,
Momentary release and parried deflection.
Comes the lunar tide, I wait in contemplation,
Another rough ride, prepared reservation.

A new base here, in scenic isolation,
A constant breeze and daily revelation.
In midsummer heat, a brisk walk from the sea,
No mosquitoes, but ants and music for me.

Some time before, our school preparation,
For study, analysis and lone separation.
Commitment now sure, today is the day,
My belongings from England, arrive in the bay.

Possessions of life, again to behold,
Stores and cassettes, records and drums.
Videos and books, comforts to enfold,
Music and study, fingers and thumbs.
POETRY – RHYME

My Generation:

Helter skelter heaven, an irrepressible age,
For sweet seventeen, is life without fear.
With boundless energy, from the fountain stage,
Of an unknowing mind, in a sexual steer.

A vacuum of experience, with a weather cock drive,
A migratory instinct and impressionable nature.
A reactionary rebel and longing to jive,
Against continual commands, in a life without stature.

The need for a sage, with respect and knowledge,
Is of paramount importance, to avoid constant glamour.
To learn our lessons, in a reputable college,
So as not to incur debt, to life in modern clamor.
POETRY – RHYME

Wutan Way:

The path of a master, lit by his sons,
To follow at will, not easy but sure.
Prowess and health, attained by the ones,
With discipline and truth, patience and more.

Training each day, so much to learn,
Skill to achieve, techniques so fine.
Philosophy of life, medicine to turn,
Yin into yang, vice versa the sign.

Complete martial artist, goal of the school,
Control of the body, mind, spirit and soul.
A progression of styles, never dogma the rule,
A student at one, with teacher the goal.

A genre for each, age of our life,
State of our health, in body and mind.
Discernible stages, in trouble and strife,
Cathartic progression, a spiritual find.

The internal arts, old secrets to reveal,
Most sacred for ages, families did keep.
Only for royal, patronage did kneel,
To humbly teach, knowledge so deep.

Chi kung breathing, energy quintessence,
Pa kua sequence, trance circle dance.
Tai chi Ch’uan, in counter defense,
Hsing I heel power, irresistible advance.

Final student lesson, teacher to become,
Expansion of our school, unity for all.
Growing happy family, moving as one,
Humble and proud, healthy and tall.
POETRY – RHYME

Eddy Choo Choo:

Choo choo Eddy, chugging along,
Steel engine heart, life without song.
Vindictive in sorrow, victim in life,
Conveyor of hatred, trouble and strife.

Arrogant to the weak, timid to the strong,
Violent by nature, oblivious to the wrong
Deeds he commits, chance to be boss;
Wielder of power, knowledge his loss.

Nicosia Now:

La lunar plenum, in midsummer heat,
Service taxi trek, in the furnace.
What will await, who will I meet,
On this road of fate, a trial of service.

A meeting of the spirits, only time will tell,
Brothers in Light, or magnets in toil.
Union of joy, or opposition in hell,
Still water lake, or pot on the boil.

The offer of help, is on hand again,
Of school inception, from Wisdom to Light.
The fire experience, to enlightenment attain,
In glory of Love, or battle of might.

POETRY – RHYME

The Throne of Jupiter:

The cycle of isolation, a wooden cave afloat,
Retreating from the life, a hectic modern note.
Sex with booze and drugs, a miasmic rock ‘n’ roll,
Acid culture rejection, a turbid life on the dole.

A helter skelter wiz, my manic lower self,
The satyr sexual urge, instant combat elf.
Charley chilling brain, a hedonistic slave,
Of divisive ego, to an early grave.

Remedy downer barb, red with blue and yellow,
Synthetic endorph sub, for much imbalanced fellow.
A lowly death from pain, a blanket over life,
A much delayed encounter, with man’s perennial wife.

Tenacious narcotic monkey, a vampire on the back,
Funeral marches many, emotions on the rack.
Friday adrenalin fix, Monday morning blues,
Regular hashish rhythm, all is happy news.

Motor cycle rush, English weather bend,
Unseen barricade, skidding to my end.
Instant reflex jump, avoiding deathly blow,
Time for much reflection, in six months laden low.

Timely cosmic shock, a warning to behold,
Final chance reversal, for living live too bold.
Time to face my karma and realize the cause,
Of my pain and anguish, to now utilize this pause.

Exactly one year later, to my roots I went,
First step of my journey, back to heaven sent.
Next step was my dream, to venture Odysseus bound,
Reality my ordeal, karma I there found.

For twelve arduous years, I have laboured long,
In life’s many toils, that to me belong.
Now some light I see, showing me the way,
As guided once before, into the light of day.

POETRY – RHYME

New School Term:

A golden dawn, a new beginning,
A fresh location, in a dry desert.
Of wild energy and forest thinning,
A lack of direction, a need to assert.

By true example, knowledge & light,
Love & compassion, the philosophy of life.
A need for discipline, in the struggle & fight,
To attain understanding, where negation is rife.

To turn young aggression, into something positive,
Accessible avenue, through martial art training.
Help to build, confidence and initiative,
Pure nectar joy, through hardship attaining.
POETRY – RHYME

T.V. Guide:

Working mothers, in single parent families,
Leave children unguided, in unbalanced unit.
Soap-box guru, fills archetypal anomaly,
Living other people’s dreams, a cartoon bandit.

Freedom in society, individual expression,
Anti-establishment, iconoclastic reaction.
Rudderless children, in vortex depression,
Sacrificial lambs, in value rejection.

No paternal influence, or voice from above,
Nor positive school line, playground street cult.
Information technology, the New Age love,
Books are antiquated, philosophy adult.

Alone with the box, as a latch key kid,
Computer companions, for teaching & games.
For lessons in life, a TV Ovid,
Whose pearls of wisdom, are fatuous claims.
POETRY – RHYME

Tribal Warrior:

Saturday morning fever, anticipation of the match,
Getting ready for action, the defending of our patch.
Tooled up for agro, ‘The Red & White Saints Crew,’
Skinhead ‘Westwood Boot Boys,’ rabid anti-blue.

Waiting for our revenge, for away day battle scars,
Now our turn to waylay, the scum in street & bars.
Pride of team and town, display of bottle & spunk.
Oblivious of the illusion, image of thug and punk.

Fired by speed & booze, addicted to lower animism,
Chanting herd phenomena, instinctual violent tribalism.
Where boys become men, their fear submerged in power,
Chance for their expression, distorted, base & sour.

POETRY – LOVE

Our Love:

My Love for you imprisons me, in the desires off my heart,
As your love for me sets me free, from the echoes and reverberations of pain from yesteryear.
In this a conflict of purpose, and passions to be resolved,
Or evolution and cleansing, in light and love for redemption to be enjoyed,
In the overall plan for peace, fraternity and freedom.
Your jealousy warms me in the knowledge that you need me.
POETRY - PHILOSOPHY

Red Mars:

War, that fiend and all consuming monster,
That bleeder of people, bloodletter of nations youth.
Devouring, screaming, wasting, scorching,
The fire of souls, stone reaper of men.
That genesis of widows and orphans dark shadows,
Pride of the aged, tired infirms’ envy.
Young waifs pageant, the glory of youth,
Cherry maidens blush, young womens’ romance.
Wedded wife’s passion, weary mother’s dread,
A bosom brother’s loss and greying father’s agony.
The gazing son’s wonder, a little cousin’s memory,
A grandfather’s pride and distant grandson’s echo.
The portly capitalist’s dream, a rigid soldiers duty,
A merchant seaman’s peril and fighter pilot’s roll.
The doddering diplomat’s blunder, an opportunist political chance,
A festive royal Gala, the polished scepter radiant.
The avenging angel’s wrath, by sanctimonious priesthood,
Evangelising curates, the saviour’s of pagans,
Procurers of gold and incinerators of men.
A furtive criminal’s license, a ragged beggars bowl,
A rascists fueled passion and rabid patriots banner.
The mediocre man’s awakening,
The dumb peacock’s death-nell,
A humble wren’s compassion.
It’s Horatio’s time, for Klingsor’s here again,
The heroism of comrades, in the rape of the land.
Unspeakable horrors by beast upon man,
Collective insanity, driven by lust.
In all names of all things, strewn in garlands of flowers,
Of all hues, masks not.
POETRY - HISTORICAL

Cycle of History Today:

Ancient Cypriot history, melting pot of the East,
Larnaca ancient Kitium, Phoenicia of yesteryear.
Paphian hilltop Droushia, Syrian community before,
Agapinor founded Paphos, shipwrecked coming from Troy.

Vassals of ancient Cypriot culture, middle eastern historical kaleidoscope,
Of Assyrian and Egyptian, all conquering empires.
And Minoan, Greek Mycenean and Hellenic dominance,
Plus Phoenician and Pelasgian explorers, master sailors of all antiquity.

Kolossi castle Templars, European crusader knights,
Ottoman Turkish invaders, echoes in latterday division.
Colonial British rule, visible in all administration,
All indelible marks, of mankind’s incessant struggle.

Ananda Marga in Cyprus, Neo-humanistic philosophy in action,
Annual sectorial conference, Cyprus hosting united brothers.
Middle Eastern congregation, meetings at the crossroads,
Of the eastern and western philosophers, continents, cultures and religions.

So here I see a circle, returning brothers in embracing unity,
To this ancient historical crossroads, a post colonial hotspot.
So a warm and hearty, welcome, to our brothers here in Cyprus,
Microcosmic peace as an example, to all our worldwide brethren.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Time To Put The Genie Back In Bottle:

Time to put the genie back in the bottle,
That evocation in the hour of darkest need.
That contract of necessitating invention,
The force that from the beast me it did save.

Time to continue upon ‘The Way’,
Hearken to the voice oh brother,
Upon brother our future, to create
Consciousness to expand, in the cauldron of experience.

When the karmic frenzy has passed,
And the waters still do lie, listen
Oh brother, to the voice and learn,
To not repeat errors past, a crime indeed.
But to see and understand,
To listen and appreciate
What we touch, feel
Compassion for our brethren,
Charity and hope for the fallen,
A secure hand of benevolence.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Love & Food:

Surely, that we must consume other life forms, to acquire energy to survive,
Does not make this a place of Universal Love, but perhaps the opposite.
It is in fact true, that this is an integral aspect of our survival here at this time.
But if you scratch and search, you will discover other philosophies and doctrines,
That do indeed not only recognize this, but live in harmony with all.
Dig deeper and you will discover, that to consume higher life forms,
Is to pollute and denigrate the body, mind and spirit in no small measure.
Being the major cause, of many of the prevalent modern diseases today,
Directly causing arthritis, heart and blood disorders, stomach and anal problems.
Discover or be diagnosed.
POETRY - POLITICAL

Best of USA:

Is what, hamburgers and fast food, coco cola and skyscrapers,
Grid Iron football, basketball, baseball and the dollar.
I like the football, but for me the quintessence of true American culture,
Is black music, in all its’ multifarious forms and various guises throughout history.
The essence of highest culture, being germinated out of necessity,
Pain and anguish, that inculcates the deepest emotive expression,
As manifested in the greatest art, throughout the world’s cultures.
So although the American Constitution, is the pinnacle of evolving democracy,
From Classical Greece, through Rome, the French Revolution and Parliament.
The greatest thing, without question or competition, is ‘Black Music,’
Blues, jazz, soul, Motown, rhythm and blues, progressive rock.
The genius of a Diaspora race, repressed and denied all freedom, plus expression and hence evolution.
Left only the option of musical expression, their collective genius blossomed,
Beyond all the confines of dark repression and persecution, to sing to the world
In the sweetest harmonies, of true rhythm and expressive genius.
Evolving music, artistry and art forward, beyond the materialistic restraints
Now imposed, by Corporate American philosophical expansionism.
The dark side of this ‘American Dream’ coin, that consumes indigenous cultures,
To spit them out in peaked capped, burger waist lined doppelgangers.
Baseball bat swinging, the full nine yards to consumer heaven,
In new economic slavery, that allows freedom to work and earn the dollar,
To acquire the products, to display our sociological pecking order success.
In the name of individualism, at the expense of everyone, in inconsideration
POETRY - RHYME

Poles Apart:

Duality in time, an assemblance of mind,
Into Light and the Dark, opposing poles to unwind.
Now Yin and the Yang, Confucian Tai chi Chu’an.
By soft and the hard, control of the bard.
Into right and the wrong, our theme and our song.
From Castor and Pollux, to row without,
Greek and demi Celt, below and above belt.
Fine mind and great sport, contradiction the retort.
The mystic and the occult, a blinded unison the result.
Of material and spirit, the unity inherent.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Celestial Soap:

Celestial soap, a New Age phenomena,
Well I certainly at times, believe that I have been a apart.
Verbal statements, clichés and platitudes, espousing spiritual group attainment,
To be so often later revealed, as only paper thin shells,
Concealing darker, selfish and egotistical motives and goals.
Initially so shocking, disappointing and disillusioning, but of course
Only blessons of true spiritual education, revealing the experiences
To be found for us all, on this ever ascending path and detours,
Of blind alleys and even darker dungeons of illusion
That await us, in the evolving process of cleansing,
To deflate the ego and demonstrate the error of our ways,
In balancing the cosmic energy, by exhausting our karma.
To release us onward, free and totally prepared,
For what awaits us, in the Aquarian New Age,
Of group enlightenment and service to our brethren.
POETRY - SPIRITUAL

Holistic Harmony & Globalisation:

Holistic Harmony and Globalisation, a squaring of the circle,
Yin and Yang Sanat Kumara, evolving planetary consciousness.
A fusing blend of two paths, for global emancipation,
The mysticism, spirituality and wisdom of the East,
With the progressive technological, inventiveness of the West.

Progressive, unshackled, American Constitutional New Age thinking,
To unlock stagnant traditional, Indian sociological stigmas.
Non-materialistic, all encompassing, fraternal Indian philosophy,
To ensoul Dr. Frankenstein’s, back to Buddha’s middle path.
To relieve helter skelter, frenetic all consuming western living,
With balanced energy and perspective, good health and true knowledge,
Of holism and harmony, for the individual and the collective.

Periclean Athenian democracy, an inspiration for us all,
Westminster Houses of Parliament, American Constitution the peak.
Roman senatorial politics, evolved Roman governance,
Institutional Human Rights, civil liberties by law,
An enshrined equality, for freedom of expression.
A breath of fresh air and enlightening hope ray,
For all the illiterate and homeless, the disenfranchised throughout the world.

Eastern totalitarian regimes, fear inspired repression,
Capitalists T.V. Networks, informative Robin Hoods.
Egoless uncontrolled flow, the Oriental Way of the Tao,
Intellectual male dominance, materialistic western society.
Evolving colonial imperialism, expansionist world dominance perspective,
To Confucian unified dimensional, God inspired governance.
Philosophy in action, Tai chi movement with the flow of the Cosmos,
New Renaissance enlightened art, a beacon in the darkness.
Celestial Indian Ragas, harmonization Earth all of the elements,
European classical music, heralding harmonies over nation state conflict.

The Buddha who relinquished his kingdom for the masses,
The Light of the East who did contemplate, the causes of all suffering.
The Christ who sowed salvation, by humility and forgiveness,
The Avatar of Love, who did live the Mysteries here on Earth.

The Spirits of Two Great Avatars, are now meeting, in this New Age Millennium.
So now witness mankind’s two flows, converging in harmony and peace,
In a New Age Dawn for Humanity, in Love and Fellowship,
For Fraternal Welfare, Brotherly Love and Universal Peace.
Our right, our duty, our inheritance and our future.
POETRY – LOVE

Strange Sensations:

What is this aching in my heart.
Is it the love of now,
Or the lack of love, of yesteryear.
A realization and cleansing of negativity,
Or for me, the strange warm glow, of love’s golden flow.
